“Ferras has the most discerningly charming manner and can put a person, however distressed, at ease, in minutes. His gentle, kindly, disposition, his comforting sense of humour and his ease of delivering his diagnoses, is so appreciated. There is nothing pompous, no difficult words leaving the patient confused and lost and intimidated. I trusted him from the very first meeting. How reassured he made me feel.”
